Pen Blank Sanding Squaring Jig (V Block)
Square the ends of any pen blank easily and safely! No more pen mill chip outs! Choose the correct size transfer punch that will fit your blank (Punch set can be found here ) and mount it in the V groove. You are then ready to perfectly trim your blanks ends on your disc sander.
The small jig will fit 6" and smaller disc sanders, the large jig is for 6" and above.
