Returns & Refunds
In the event you do need to return an item you purchased from us, we want to make it as easy as possible. You can return an item for a refund for any reason for 30 days after the date of purchase. (Including the wrong color, not what you expected, changed mind etc). Please email sales at exoticblanks.com to get a return authorization number (RMA) which must appear on the outside of your return box.
- Items must have been originally purchased from ExoticBlanks to be eligible for a refund.
- All Items being returned for refund must be in a re-saleable condition, packed in the original packaging with a copy of your invoice. Items can not have been turned, used, partly assembled, or machined in any way.
- All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
- Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box or box of some type (No envelopes please!)
- Include a copy of your invoice, and clearly state the reason for your return.
- A full refund (less shipping) will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our product inspection. Products returned after 30 days must be authorized and are subject to a restocking fee.
- We can not exchange products. You need to return the item for a refund and purchase the correct item.
- Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable.
- Sets, starter packs, and bundled items must be returned as the complete set. Returns of partially used or incomplete sets or kits can not be accepted for refund.

If you received free shipping on your order, and your return or refund no longer makes your order eligible for the free shipping, discounts or other offers, the original cost of shipping (or promotion) will be subtracted from your return credit
