Acrylic Project Blank - Green Hornet

Many woodturners consider this acrylic project blanks the best you can use due to its crisp, vibrant colors, unique patterns, and ease of turning.  

The fun, eye-popping colored acrylics are excellent for ice cream scoops, pizza cutters, bottle openers, duck calls, bottle stoppers, and much more. Not only do they look amazing, but they drill, turn and finish easily. 

As with most resins and plastics, we recommend using a scraping tool such as the Easy Pen Turner or a negative rake scraper when turning for a smooth, non-aggressive cut to produce optimum results.  Then sand the blanks to 600 grit and wet-sand them using Micro-Mesh to achieve a high gloss mirrored polish. Blanks measure approx 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"x 6".
