Air Force Rotacrylic Pen Blanks.

This blank is one in a series of pen blanks to celebrate all those that served the US armed forces. This one is for The Air Force. The blank is made from hand poured royal pearl blue and white alumilite resin.

This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was recast, in resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.

This pen blank will fit a mid-size pen kit (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc).  Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. Painted tubes are recommended.
