• Use light cuts with sharp HSS or carbide tools for best results.

• Finish like any acrylic blank using Micro-Mesh and polish for a high-gloss shine.

• Buffing may cause the aluminum to darken buffing wheels—use dedicated “metal” wheels if needed.

• When turning smaller diameters, resin may separate slightly from the honeycomb. Apply thin CA glue periodically to stabilize, or fill voids with colored epoxy/CA.
