This is one in a series of pen blanks to celebrate all those that enjoy or make their living on or just enjoy the call of the ocean. The white anchor and intricate chain are set against a beautiful sea blue pearl. Due to the image wrap, we recommend this pen blank for a larger size pen.
This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re cast, in white resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.
The pen blank is recommended for a larger size pen kit. Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. Painted tubes, and drilling on the lathe are both recommended.
