The pen pictured above is the Sierra Button Click which is very popular within the medical profession however the Caduceus inlay kit will also fit the Sierra, Sierra Vista, Sierra Elegant Beauty, Diplomat, and Wallstreet II pen kits (sold separately). This kit will not work with the shorter-bodied Sierra pencil kits.
