Figure Skating Rotacrylic Pen Blanks

This is one in a series of new blanks dedicated to the glory of sport and competitive athletics. This one is for the figure skater or ice dancer. Made from a base of pearly silver resin, (swirled with white and a touch of red). a graceful pair is shown gliding across the ice. This blank will fit any mid-size pen. This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re-cast. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.

The pen blank will fit a mid-size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc).  Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. These pen blanks have been precision cut on a computer-controlled multi-axis CNC. The image depth on the blank does not vary. But you need to drill straight and in the center of the blank (there are two pilot holes started for you) or the image on the blank will be off-center and will turn away as you turn the blank down.
