Flag of Australia Rotacrylic Pen Blanks
This pen blank features a pearl blue backdrop in which the red a white Union Jack pattern was carved on the upper portion, and the stars of the Southern Cross constellation on the lower. This was a complex pattern to make, and required a triple cast!
This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re-cast in resin - twice. The matching blank for the other barrel has a star field.
The blank will fit a mid-size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc) Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the sanding dust and CA or tinted epoxy. Painted tubes are recommended.
