As with most resin and plastic materials, Ranger blanks can be slightly more “chippy” than standard acrylic. For best results, use a sharp turning tool such as the Easy Pen Turner or a negative rake turning tool to achieve a smooth, controlled cut. Then sand to 600 grit and finish with wet sanding and Micro-Mesh for a high-gloss, mirror polish.
