Red Heart Pen Blanks

Show her she's adored and cherished with a pen made from our Red Hearts pen blank. The hearts radiate from the center of the blank, so the pattern of your finished pen will be in proportion regardless of the pen diameter.

This blank is made with polyester resin and is more challenging to turn, but the results can be spectacular. We recommend carbide tools with a negative rake cutter. It is easy to finish with traditional acrylic abrasives and finishes. Please note that shapes and symbols will shrink as the blank is turned down, but begin to distort and fade if it has a diameter smaller than 3/8". We do not recommend turning below 3/8 in (.375) or drilling with jobber bits.

As always, reverse painting or painting the pen tube is recommended.
