Schmidt DSM 2006 Pencil Mechanism. This is to convert Parker style ballpoint pens to a pencil. Similar to the DSM 2007, except with a plastic housing
Please choose 0.9mm, 0.7mm or 0.5mm leads
Please note; These will not thread into the pencils made by Tactile Pencil
Installing the pencil mechanism may require some modification of the pen. ExoticBlanks will assist you, but we do not give step-by-step instructions and we are not completely familiar with every pen body known to exist. You will need to have SOME mechanical aptitude and be able to deduce how to modify the pen you are trying to convert. This IS a simple "trade-out" for the pen refill in the Perfect Fit series, which we also offer.
The .9mm requires substantial modification of most pens. Only purchase it if you have a plan on how to make it function. (Ed)
