Shaggin' Wagon Rotacrylic Pen Blanks
Time to break out the lava lamps, strobe lights, and orange shag carpeting!!!! No this isn't a decked-out minivan, but the purple retro flowers combined with the lime green and orange resins complete that far outlook those of us who remember those wild times in the '60s. Oh, Yeah Baby, Yeah (Austin Powers) ....Jeff's sense of humor is on full display with this one!!!!
This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, includingthousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re-cast, in resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.
The blank will fit a mid-size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc) Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy.
Painted tubes are recommended.
