Snowflake Rotacrylic Pen Blanks
Celebrate the Winter Wonderland with this amazing carved and cast snowflake blank!
Virtually impossible to photo as a blank, each of the two barrels of this pen has 6 uniquely carved snowflakes that encompass each barrel (12 snowflakes in all). The snowflakes have been individually drawn, then programed, and then cut out from a solid white resin blank. The snowflakes were then recast by Jeff in a black resin. Over 26 hours of CNC time and 350,000 lines of code went into the creation of this amazing blank!!
These blanks are meant for the more advanced pen maker. The pen blank will fit a mid-size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc). Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. These pen blanks have been precision cut on a computer-controlled multi-axis CNC.
Pre Drilled for a Jr II Style Pen Kit
