Y-Shaped Vegetable Peeler

The Y-Shaped Peeler places the blade across the front of the tool in the familiar transverse configuration. Its wide, open frame provides plenty of clearance around the blade while peeling.

The hardware measures approximately 57.5 mm wide, with an overall hardware length of approximately 122 mm before the custom handle is added.

D-Shaped Vegetable Peeler

The D-Shaped Peeler features the blade running lengthwise inside a protective open stainless steel frame. The curved outer frame provides a distinctive appearance while incorporating a convenient potato eye remover at the end.

The hardware measures approximately 66 mm long × 32 mm wide, with an overall hardware length of approximately 116 mm before adding the custom handle.
