Universal Mandrel Systems With Bushing

This Universal Stainless Bottle Stopper Mandrel is for 1″-8 TPI Spindles or 1.25 -8 TPI Spindles

The smaller “turn to diameter” on the mandrel is set for small projects like Honey Dippers but just slide on the included bushing to change the “turn to diameter” for larger diameter projects like bottle stoppers. Thus the mandrel can be used with or without bushing, depending on the project!

Precision machined in the USA. and has a 3/8-16 self-tapping thread. Rust protective black oxide coating. Each mandrel features flats for easy installation/removal Unlike some other mandrels, this one runs true to within .002″ of an inch. Free storage case included. 

All mandrels are supplied with an optional screw-on/off plastic washer. The washer helps prevent the wood from getting stuck on the mandrel. (The washer should be removed when threading the wood.)
